For Returning Students:

The Fredericktown School District is excited to announce that we will be continuing with online student registration for the upcoming school year.  Students have been mailed a letter with instructions on how to access the system.  The letter includes the link and a secure "snapcode" that links directly to your student's information.  

We would appreciate if all families would take action and complete these forms as soon as possible.  Your student's registration for the upcoming school year will not be complete until the forms have been submitted.  If you do not have access to the internet, contact your child's school for an appointment to complete the forms in house.  

The registration portal is now open at: https://registration.powerschool.com/family/gosnap.aspx?action=40580&culture=en.  If you have lost your snapcode or have any questions, please contact the school office. 

Please Note: The enrollment grade and enrollment school should be listed as the students grade and school for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. Custody and immunization documents are only required if there has been a change.
