For Returning Students:
The Fredericktown School District is excited to announce an online new student registration and returning student registration for the upcoming school year. By now, you should have received an announcement letter regarding this new process.
We will be sending an additional letter with instructions on how to access the system. The letter will include the link and a secure "snapcode" that links directly to your student's information.
We would appreciate all families to take action and complete these forms as soon as possible. Your student's registration for the upcoming school year will not be complete until the forms have been submitted. If you do not have access to the internet, contact your child's school for an appointment to complete the forms in house.
The portal will be open beginning June 3 through June 21. It will reopen on August 1. If you have further questions, please contact the school office.
Please Note: The enrollment grade and enrollment school should be listed as the grade and current school that they just completed. Custody and immunization documents are only required if there has been a change.
