Kiwanis Good Citizen Luncheon

Senior Aislynn Ray, center, was recognized Monday at the Kiwanis Good Citizen Luncheon in Mount Vernon. Biannually, each county school nominates a student who gives back to their school and community. Aislynn assumed the responsibility for photographing many games and activities to support her fellow students and she also provides great leadership to her yearbook class, all while having a positive attitude. We are proud Aislynn is a Freddie!

ACT Seminar

Fredericktown High School will again host a comprehensive ACT and college admissions seminar for our students for just $20 each on December 4. The price includes the seminar, a textbook, lunch, and online testing access after the session. Similar programs costs hundreds of dollars per student. Please register in the guidance office by November 29.  More information will be sent home with students soon. Also, the on time registration deadline for the December 9 ACT isNovember 3. Please visit www.actstudent.org to register for the ACT. It makes perfect sense to take this class and then take the ACT less than a week later! In addition, the ACT will be required, free of charge, to all 11th grade students later this year and will take place during the school day.
