Blood drive

Dear Parents/Guardian,

We need your help!! The big community blood drive is this Wednesday and we still have lots of open times. This is a scholarship drive so you are helping the students and also saving lives. Each pint of blood collected has the potential to help up to three hospital patients in need. Your student will also get a prizes and a certificate for helping! The American Red Cross values your time and donation so we have committed a lot more staff this year to make sure that the collection wait times are as short as possible and your donation will go smoothly. Please schedule today by calling 1-800 RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or by visiting RedCrossBlood.org, sponsor code Fredericktown HS.

The Fredericktown HS students are showing great leadership skills by recruiting donors for their blood drives and we are truly thankful. We hope they are enjoying the rewarding feeling of helping save lives with the Red Cross. We are proud advocates of educating our youth across the country through biomedical learning-in-action opportunities and even providing scholarship opportunities for those deserving students.

As your students are learning, the need for blood is constant, so we encourage and invite you and any eligible donors in your family to give blood this Wednesday at the HS gym from 8am-7pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

Thank you again for supporting the Red Cross blood drives at Fredericktown HS. Go Freddys!

Sincerely,

Becky Glass
